My passion for health & wellness has always been bigger than just clean eating. I absolutely love helping people make their life easier and healthier. I know there is so much more to healthy living because we are bio-individual - one person's food can be another person's poison. That said, this forum will be a place to share inspiration and things that I've learned that help my family and me live our best life.
